Several month's back, an integral part of my workflow, the Reality plug-in for Poser, stopped working. I have no idea why and I was never able to get it back up and running. This left me with three choices: Choice one: Continue working in Poser, but with a render quality I'll likely never be happy with. There are some things I did in Reality that I just haven't been able to replicate in Poser. Choice two: Swap to Daz, but effectively lose all my characters. All of my characters used morphs that only work in Poser. The characters tend to "shatter" when imported into Daz. Choice three: Stop rendering. Ok, three wasn't ever really an option. I have too much fun rendering. Ultimately, I chose to swap to Daz. I get mostly the same render quality (80 - 90%, still learning how it all works) and I get to use new stuff that doesn't work in Poser without considerable work (and even then....). Sadly, this means a farewell to all my familiar characters, new and old. I may
